4 Deez Empire Enterprise (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (www.ozpurecream.com) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this agreement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service(s).

Cancellation Policy

  1. All cancellations MUST be submitted in writing to 4deezcompany@gmail.com , telephone requests WILL NOT be honoured.
  2. Cancellations received ( if still not posted out by our courier agent ) prior to the paid or unpaid invoices, will incur a RM15.00 administrative fee.
  3. Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of written notice of cancellation.
  4. Refund due to cancellation by customers will be transferred directly to customers bank account, despite the payment is made using credit card / debit card or FPX transfer.
  5. We WILL NOT entertain any request to direct transfer to the customers credit card / debit card account through our payment gateway system directly.

Refund Policy

  1. If you find that you’re not satisfied with your purchase, all refund request MUST be submitted in writing, telephone requests WILL NOT be honoured.
  2. Let us know within 30 days of your initial purchase, and we’ll give you back your money.
  3. Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of written notice of refund request.
  4. Refund fee will incur a RM15.00 administrative fee.
  5. No refunds will be given for cancellations after 30 days. Kindly submit photos of before & after application for our verification or consultation.

Shipping Policy

  1. All order(s) will be delivered with DHL.
  2. Kindly take note that we will process and send out all order within 24 hours after payment is received.
  3. Estimated delivery times provided are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date the order is sent out.
  4. There will be some places not covered by DHL, in this case, delivery will be done by PosLaju
  5. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. West Malaysia will take around 2 to 5 working days,
  6. East Malaysia will take around 5 to 14 working days.
